핸드팬이 없어도 쓸 수 있나요?

네. 화면 속 핸드팬을 터치해서 바로 연주하고 악보를 연습할 수 있어요.

소리가 나지 않아요.

기기의 무음 모드와 미디어 볼륨을 확인해 주세요. 블루투스 이어폰이 연결되어 있다면 연결 상태도 확인해 주세요.

마이크 연주 기능이 작동하지 않아요.

설정 앱에서 PanRest의 마이크 권한이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 조용한 곳에서 기기를 핸드팬 가까이에 두면 더 잘 인식해요.

구매한 항목을 복원하려면?

앱 설정의 '구매 복원'을 눌러 주세요. 구매할 때 사용한 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 해요.

구독은 어떻게 해지하나요?

iPhone은 설정 → Apple ID → 구독, Android는 Google Play → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제에서 해지할 수 있어요.

Can I use it without a handpan?

Yes. Tap the on-screen handpan to play and practice scores right away.

I can't hear any sound.

Check that silent mode is off and media volume is up. If Bluetooth headphones are connected, check that connection too.

Mic play-along isn't working.

Make sure microphone access is enabled for PanRest in your device settings. A quiet room and keeping the phone close to your handpan help recognition.

How do I restore purchases?

Tap "Restore purchases" in the app settings while signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
